After taking trials, testing of recipes for 3 months in small room, we started our brand in food VAN with 6 burgers and 6 wraps in 2017. After running successfully, we started our first outlet in Gandhinagar in 2018.
Our menu is Pure-Vegetarian and Vegan. We also serve Jain and Swaminarayan food.
IN 2021 we got an opportunity to go global. We opened our first franchise outlet in Ottawa in Nov, 2021.
Our motto is to give fresh, healthy fast food and great customer service.

Mr. Hardik has a pharmaceutical background. He has more than 10 years of experience in quality management systems. He is very passionate and particular about quality. He has great skill of Manpower and waste management skills.

Mr. Sanjay has a science background and more than 10 year experience in QSR chain. He is a young passionate entrepreneur. He has great skill in administration and kitchen planning.
Mr. Dhinal Baxi
(Franchise Development Strategist)
Mr. Dhinal Baxi, is one of the core team member, he has more then decade of experience in developing successful franchise system. He takes care of identifying right prospects for Balista, and guides Balista Inc for future franchise expansion plans.
